It's so hard to work out with a newborn. Also healing from this tear is actually taking a while and I'm still in pain. This sucks

Or maybe you can do like the black dad strap the baby up and walk around the gouse and do some upper body moces? Or yoga?

I used to just bun it..haven't started back to the gym yet, but will probably do the same bun thing again. I was thinking about getting that wick-away head wrap...can't remember the name of that thing.

I pin curl my hair and a scarf and keep it moving...I'm going to the gym after work to meet with my trainer..my legs and back is so sore from day before...I pray he don't have me doing burpees Disapprove

I had a twistout. I wore a scarf but my twist out wilted.

I might jiat keep twists and take them out on special occasions
