Only burned 600 calories last night....I try to shoot for 1000/workoutDisapprove

It's so hard to work out with a newborn. Also healing from this tear is actually taking a while and I'm still in pain. This sucks

Or maybe you can do like the black dad strap the baby up and walk around the gouse and do some upper body moces? Or yoga?

I used to just bun it..haven't started back to the gym yet, but will probably do the same bun thing again. I was thinking about getting that wick-away head wrap...can't remember the name of that thing.
