LaST NIGHT WAS Murder!  i was Forrest Gump even though I was sore form the previous day!  But I challenge myself and compete against ME!  I did it I ran for 22 minutes straight uphill at the incline of 3 speed 5.2-5.5  MY calories lost was 425 and I did it in 3.10 miles!!  Time was 40 minutes.  I jog at a slow pace during my 5 minute cool down

When I stop to walk I increase the incline to 5-6 and walk at speed of 4.2

To give my knees a break I run down hill but at a speed of 6.8-7.

I went to pick someone up from a hip hop class and she had the nerve to say we should battle. she's 12 and the song was grown woman by beyonce. Her aunt, 21 had the nerve to try to get it on it.

5 min song and I have a sinus infection. The teachers choreographed that damn song down to the last second using hip hop/ african. The 21 y/o sat down first and 12 y/o kept going. I just couldn't be out danced to a song bout being grown to no child. She's a good dancer, usually gets solos and dances with older groups.

I won. Couldn't breathe. Coughed for a least 60 seconds. Used my inhaler but I won. I feel better today. My fever is gone. I think I needed to sweat.

so i woke up today craving coffee as usual (lately).. but i had some green tea instead. gonna make that a habit. 
im gonna go to SF as soon as i get my lazy butt up.. im trying to make it to the farmers market out there.. theres a groupon for a good price for fresh juiced veggies (they make it in front of you so i feel okay about it). i might also stop in berkeley to go to a diff juice place that i really like. 

theres a krav maga class out there that i really wanna go to.. especially while im there.. but i dont wanna look a sweaty mess cus i have to go elsewhere afterwards.. Disapprove

thanx... I'm considering taking some dance classes. I haven't in soooo long. I don't wanna look crazy or end up in an African class full of yts... with a yt instructor. Plus classes are like $20 a pop... no

Maybe ill join a gym with classes. I like the music they play in spin classes but my butt is paralyzed after using stationary bikes. I can only imagine spinning, gel or not.
