I am not sure if the show still comes on but Blaines low carb meals made some great muffins and he always used that same product.

i think i need a fitness friend or something..

i notice i do a lot more, push myself more, and am more consistent either when i knew a lot of ppl into fitness.. or when id go to classes (dance.. but a regular exercise type class would have the same affect i think)

after i fully get back into the swing of things ill probably be more diligent by myself.. but i need some 'pushing' prior.

Damn, I feel bad reading in this thread. I am struggling to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily, upping my vegetables, sticking to fish/chicken. Let alone my workout has consisted of power walking while pushing my daughter in a stroller while my son rides his bike or dancing to Zumba Wii most evenings. However, I hope to start a light jog by Feb. I gotta take baby steps.   I'm overweight and definitely out of shape.

You ever tried spinning? I go hard in that class, if you do I suggest buying a gel seat cushion. First time I did it, I did not walk right for a week. Cry

Yesterday, was just an off day.. I had zero appetite and just wasn't thirsty at all. Took my son to practice came home and still didn't want to eat ... I didn't even feel hungry.

Today, I woke up feeling much better. Ate a muffin for breakfast, after yesterday my body needs some carbs and fats. I'm supposed to play tonight but my legs are still sore from my workout they other day plus I get pissed off because the other ladies don't work as hard as I do. DH says for me to mind my own business and do my job butttttt I can't LOL especially when I am breaking a sweat in the cold.Stern Smile However, I may just go and count is as cardio.
