Progress: -1 lbs..

Diet
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: 2 cups popcorn popped
Lunch: My juice mix (juice + water)  and I take the pulp and create a salad.
Snack: chicken breast
Dinner: Protein Shake~post workout

Workout
Monday - Friday......my standard workout is about this long and this intense
