I got most of them from on hereLOL, I had them done in black and white .

At the moment I can only fit in about 4 meals/ day so my macros are split within them.

I'll just post my lunch macros

200g sweet potato .. 40g carbs=160calories

175g grilled turkey steaks .. 43g protein, 8g fat (172+72=244 calories)

100g steamed broccoli .. 7g carbs, 3g protein (28+12= 40 calories)

Total calories = 444calories

It can be tighter.

I really sat down and worked out my activity rate and macros.

I'll see in a months time, I might need to tune just a bit more and go even for more leaner protein options

that is pretty great Afro. I need to up my protein on the prowl for a protein powder. I was looking at Muscle Milk, EAS and another one. Plan on mixing up from protein smoothies.

I've realised I'm great during the day and my night cravings were because my calories were too low and I used to snack something serious.

That's changing tho.

The kids finally are back in school today after being out 2 weeks...2 weeks of little exercise and alot of eating for me.  So in 45 mins its off to the gym!

i need more structure.. 
im not going about the working out part in the most organized/most productive way.. 

i want to just go take a few classes.. but the classes i wanna take are far and i feel like i need to condition myself prior cus theyre extreme..
