They are hard,but they cut you up quickly.

450 calories per day is enough to make the difference between being a normal weight and morbidly obese. Remember, small things make a big difference.

Using the Mifflin-St Jeor calculation for TDEE a 5'10", 40 year old man who exercises 3 times per week will weigh 173 pounds at 2,341 calories per day and 245 pounds at 2,791 calories per day.

There's this perception that morbidly obese people must stuff their face all day, every day, but the difference in diet and exercise can be surprisingly small.

To put it into perspective:

  • The average American drinks 400 calories per day of various beverages.
  • There's a 440 calorie difference between a foot long Steak and Cheese (760) and a foot long Steak and Bacon Melt with mayo (1210) at Subway.
  • Substiting a side salad with low fat vinaigrette for a large fries at McDonald's will save you 455 calories.
  • One slice of a large meat lover's pizza from Pizza Hut has 470 calories.

The small things over months and years can make a huge/em> difference, for better or worse. You don't have to starve yourself for eternity to be healthy. You just have to educate yourself and be dedicated and consistent.

i rather just buy a 3 day cleanse.. its pricey but they give you like 9 bottles per day (1 of which is a almond or cashew milk thing for protein.. and a special tea.. and aloe.. and coconut water ) so i think its worth it.. 
I'm still considering it for my actual cleanse where i don't eat. 
i think they know better than i do whats best for an actual cleanse and the order/process.. getting fresh coconut water seems like a hassle.. and id just go buy a raw vegan protein instead of making one fresh from almonds/cashews and shiit.

this place is smaller than like.. blueprint cleanse (they ship all around the US, the company im referring to doesnt.. i can go pick it up daily or they can deliver to me for extra charge)

there are other places (like blueprint.. and others) that you can buy online.. i just havent researched many very extensively
