i bullsh*tted today.. 

only drank like half of my greens (about 16oz) and i didnt work out... 

its only 7:30.. not too late.. but idk..... 
ill definitely drink more greens but the work out my have to wait until tomorrow

I didn't feel like working out when I got home, was beginning to talk myself out of if but I got it done and it felt good ... I got more into as the time went in ... Gonna finish dinner fir the family then do my 20 minutes callenetics abs , shower and go to bed.
My workout was kind if impromptu but it had me sweating . Tomorrow I'm going to try and get a barre class in.

the second looks much better than the first
skinny doesn't always look good

oh...shes still skinny though..

and that first picture isnt skinny, thats sickly....

I have been working out a lot with one of my best friends at PF and it's great! I love how much we motivate each other. I can't wait until we are both happy with our bodies and reach our weight/fitness goals.

I just need to remember to drink more water. Idk why it's so hard for me. Eating healthy is fine for me though...

Slowly getting back into my routine...About to up my ab routine to 500 crunches, 200 v sit up,and some standing ab moves..
