Hey! I got a good tip for all the busy ladies on the go who have no time to squeeze a workout in.Next time that you have to take a dump whether it be at home or at a public restroom, always squat. Don't grab for that paper toilet liner. That's being lazy.
Your going to stay in the squat position till your finished, even if it takes 30 minutes. That's what I've been doing for the last 3 weeks and I swear my butt is getting more toned.

12 minute abs tonight
arms and legs tomorrow

i bullsh*tted today.. 

only drank like half of my greens (about 16oz) and i didnt work out... 

its only 7:30.. not too late.. but idk..... 
ill definitely drink more greens but the work out my have to wait until tomorrow

I didn't feel like working out when I got home, was beginning to talk myself out of if but I got it done and it felt good ... I got more into as the time went in ... Gonna finish dinner fir the family then do my 20 minutes callenetics abs , shower and go to bed.
My workout was kind if impromptu but it had me sweating . Tomorrow I'm going to try and get a barre class in.

skinny doesn't always look good
