Hey nika.

I am still sore from the military exercise that I learned from my brother a few days ago. It's basically an advanced version of the exercises I already learned from him. Now my weightless exercises feel my complete and will take me far.

Is there a formula to know if you are doing enough cardio vs weight training? 

I know with P90X type workouts the focus is weights with cardio once a week even though your heart rate gets up there while doing the workouts.

Does it depend on your individual goals?

Had my gallon of water today.

I upped my cardio to running uphill at an incline then bouncing to flat, then down hill.  When I get tired I walk uphill at a speed of 4.2.

My legs hurt like crazy

I lifts weights for my arms and back.

Basic ab work

Hey! I got a good tip for all the busy ladies on the go who have no time to squeeze a workout in.Next time that you have to take a dump whether it be at home or at a public restroom, always squat. Don't grab for that paper toilet liner. That's being lazy.
Your going to stay in the squat position till your finished, even if it takes 30 minutes. That's what I've been doing for the last 3 weeks and I swear my butt is getting more toned.
