there was something on Body Types once about drinking a gallon of milk daily to gain weight, plus to consume more protein for workout..

Sexyandfamous....I said the same thing LOL...but it's cheaper at the vitamine shoppe..only about 40-60 dollars, depending on the size you purchase.

I looked at that link after Hunny said she gained in her booty. I was like Ummmmm.......    I may check out vitamin shoppe though.
