24 pounds are gone. Feel quite well right now. Been working longer hours now but I still try to get a workout in.. I might need to break out my juicer again.

My type of party! What's the prize and how do you prove it?     How do you have time to sit at the computer all day and keep up with a post of 41 pages if you are supposed to be getting it in?   Can someone clue me in on the secret of how to get fit, yet sit at the computer for hours so I can put these weights down? I won't have to sniff a bunch of smelly (short) men at the gym, spend money on gas, time or cute gym outfits. I won't have to portion meals, count calories or spend all that money on truvia....lol.   Please give me a clue, I'm serious!     Hell, I need to know so I don't have to work my behind so hard.   I am currently working off that holiday buffet the old fashioned way that does not involve drinking veggies and starving. Those weights....that's it.

I would roll my eyes too if I had 200,000 posts, talking bout going hard. Going hard at sitting on the computer all darn day???? i drink veggies for health.. not to be skinny… 

i haven't 'gone hard' in months... and I'm slim and trim.. you keep lifting all day every day, 24/7.. it just comes naturally for me.. see ya! 

don't try to throw shade when you don't have much to show for it… I've seen your pics.. you basic. bye!
