I am turning my spare bedroom into my workout room, the guy at Kinkos was giving me the side eye at some of my body motivation pictures I had blown up.

Chef Ahkis’ BIG BANG!!! Kidney Liver Juice

  • 1 Sprig Fresh Parsley Leaves and Stems
  • ½ Bunch fresh Dandelion leaves
  • 1 whole organic cucumber or ½ celery stalk
  • 2 Limes Juiced 2 tbsp. Fresh ginger (juiced)
  • 1 tspn. Tumeric (helps inflammation)

I've been doing my jump roping faithfully everyday. At least 10-20 minutes.

Make sure to eat well, hydrate, and work your body! It’s so much better (and better looking) to shape your body by building muscle. Nourish yourself, body + mind, in positive ways.    I saw this note on my photo and I just wanted to reply. I ate very healthy in my before photo, probably too healthy and took food far to seriously to the point where I was scared to eat anything that contained a large amount of carbs, fat or protein. I basically lived off rabbit food in bird sized portions. It&amp;#8217;s also annoyed me whoever took the link off the photo, I subbed this into buffbodyshot so I could inspire girls and have them ask me questions. Don&amp;#8217;t remove my source when you belong something please. (Not saying the girl I reblogged this from has, as I know she didn&amp;#8217;t!)
