Certains ones are okay, I like Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Biggest Loser Bootcamp, I have a few others on my wishlist on Amazon but havent tried them out yet. To be honest I only buy certain ones because I prefer Jillian Michaels and Bob Harpers workouts they did on their own versus the Biggest Loser brand.
On the Biggest Loser Cardio Max you can create your own workout, like warmup, Level 1, level 2 and then cooldown if you like. One is 20 minutes and the others are 10. Bobs is the hardest on that dvd, sometimes I just do his twice. That blonde hair girls 10minute one is some bs.
It depends on your fitness level, if you are just starting out working out then yeah get the Biggest Loser workouts, its honestly distracting to watch . Some of the people are doing the exercises with the wrong form and look like they are about to break they damn ankle trying to lunge.
