Both- I have 2 ab focus days when I go all out abs burning, but I do some type of ab work with every work out like a set of flutter kicks, ab rotations, and high knees. When you do your cardio and/ weight lifting make sure to keep your form and abs tight. You'll engage your abs and work them

ugh…
i hear a click every time i squat.. in the leg that i injured.
i don't hear it with the turned out squats but i do with the regular squats..

I'm used to continuing through pain/injuries from being a dancer but i don't wanna hurt it again.. that was the longest injury ever.

So I went to Ross of all places and got a mat, jump rope, kettle ball, balance ball and ankle/wrist weights and one of those ab roll out and in things for $48.  I couldn't be happier.  I'm going to start off by running 2x a week (thank God for Nike+) and toning 2x a week.  I will eventually up the cardio to 3-4x but I'm being nice to myself out of the gate :)

Certains ones are okay, I like Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Biggest Loser Bootcamp, I have a few others on my wishlist on Amazon but havent tried them out yet. To be honest I only buy certain ones because I prefer Jillian Michaels and Bob Harpers workouts they did on their own versus the Biggest Loser brand.

On the Biggest  Loser Cardio Max you can create your own workout, like warmup, Level 1, level 2 and then cooldown if you like. One is 20 minutes and the others are 10. Bobs is the hardest on that dvd, sometimes I just do his twice. That blonde hair girls 10minute one is some bs.

It depends on your fitness level, if you are just starting out working out then yeah get the Biggest Loser workouts, its honestly distracting to watch . Some of the people are doing the exercises with the wrong form and look like they are about to break they damn ankle trying to lunge.

If you like workout videos then I like Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack and Bob Harpers Totally Ripped Core videos.
