Just did Biggest Loser Cardio Max, Levels 1, 2 and 3. Im going hard in the paint tomorrow, this jiggling is not hot.

Both- I have 2 ab focus days when I go all out abs burning, but I do some type of ab work with every work out like a set of flutter kicks, ab rotations, and high knees. When you do your cardio and/ weight lifting make sure to keep your form and abs tight. You'll engage your abs and work them

ugh… 
i hear a click every time i squat.. in the leg that i injured. 
i don't hear it with the turned out squats but i do with the regular squats.. 

I'm used to continuing through pain/injuries from being a dancer but i don't wanna hurt it again.. that was the longest injury ever.
