Instead of posting pics, just post your measurements.
My measurements are 32C - 25 - 36 (hips 32").
My goals are 32D - 22 - 40 (hips at least 35").
To make my butt bigger, I am taking amermed maca, 4 capsules daily, trying to eat more, doing donkey kicks with weights (currently 3.75lbs), and squatting at the gym with weights (currently 92lbs) and sumo squats (can only handle about 40lbs for now).
To make my hips wider I am applying volufiline extract, which is called zhi mu, on my dents because they make my hips weird, instead of looking like this --> ( ) my hips look like this --> | | which ruins the hourglass look I am hoping for. I also do this exercise from Buffie the body to widen my hips

Boobs are trickier to make it grow, but I am trying pueraria mirifica which when I took for the first time, made me gain a cup in 10 days. I will also try this mix of pueraria mirifica with zhi mu extract and flaxseed oil on my boobs. Oh, and I do the chi massage after applying the zhi mu; what it is this massage is put your hands open on your breasts, and turn them 360 degrees, 360 times, torwards each other (so the right boob goes clockwise and the left boob goes clock counterwise).
For waist, I will try this exercise
