I just finished a 21 minute workout (jump rope) with Fitness Blender. Cooling down and sweating like a pig. I'm going to eat a boil egg and apple, then shower. I drank my first bottle of water with lemon juice.. 7 more to go. My continued goal is to drink a minimum of 8 bottles a day.

Happy New Years!!!!!! Well I have started off quite well. I have done cardio and ran up and down my sisters stairs at her house. I drunk a protein shake and had an apple. I may eat a salad for lunch and I am not sure about dinner.

ok, so i fell off midway through 2013 Disapprove....but i just realized today that i didnt use my deep fryer the whole year Shocked ...i also bought a nutribullet and was drinking green smoothies almost daily since August Thumbs Up

Whenever I'm not in the mood to workout or I feel I might get lazy. I put on/wear or bring my workout clothes to school/work with me.

I always think I might as well workout/go to gym since I did half the work

on demand workouts? Today did t25 speed. After TOM I can kick it up in gear. Will do another workout tonight. Made some chicken salad with pineapple, purple onion, chicken breast, Apples and Greek yogurt. Yum kiddos gobbled it up.
