Since I'm tired of taking blood pressure medicine and have just been told I'm pre-diabetic (5'6", 183 poundsCry) I MUST lose this extra weight because I don't want to die.  Both my parents had strokes, I don't want to have a stroke.  

Since I love working out (seriously, I do) and I participate in a sport, my biggest issue is food.  Recently discovered juicing, which I'm really enjoying.  I know we can ALL do this and be successful.

Let's DO IT LADIES!!!

I'm in! Starting my nutiblasts with my nutribullet today. Green smoothies have the same benefits as juicing - its all about what u put in it. i only do spinach, kale, lemon, apple, celery, cucumbers, ginger, and grapefruit in mine. they clean you out! and the nutribullet only takes a couple of mins to clean for those of u who are interested in a faster solution.

not true.. 

ppl may throw a hissy fit about me offering advice on this… but whatevs. 

when you juice it takes out the water and nutrients and discards most of the fiber.. 
without all that indigestible fiber your body doesnt have to work as hard to break stuff down and it absorbs it better. it makes the good stuff more readily available in the body in bigger doses.. 
the fiber slows down the digestion

I know smoothies and juicing are different. But my whole life we've been making watermelon and strawberry juice from blenders. Just fruit and water. I guess the difference is you keep the pulp

when you get rid of the fiber the liquid goes to your blood stream much faster
