I'm all the way in. I need to stick to a strict workout and diet. I am going to bulk and tone. Right now I really need to tone.

This year i lost 30 lbs but gained 20 back by slacking/stressing so for 2014 im gonna make sure i stay focused until i reach my goal

I need to soften up, loose some muscle mass, stay firm but gain a few pounds.

Fitness goal:
So I decided Im only going to run 1-2 times a week. Last year I did anywhere from 3-7 times a week running. I'm going to focus more on body-weight exercises this year. I wanna be able to do a handstand push-up in 2 years. 

Diet goal:
Hopefully this spring semester will be like last spring semester. Modest caloric restriction (don't want to lose weight too fast lest I lose the muscle I worked so hard to get). My diet was at maintenance for most of the fall semester, which Im not mad at, but I want to do a little better. Im going to plan outmy meals a bit in advanced and hopefully that helps. And same as last yesr: No crash diets/no feeling bad after eating a lot.
