Went on a small three day vacation ate like a pig, jump on the scale this morning and didn't gain an ounce. HOLLA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worked out at 10pm last night.....i felt so tired and lazy, i actually contemplated just going to bed....but once i got goingBig smile
thats the things, once you get started, you are fired up


tried some squats without the chair...couldnt go too deep, but im taking it easy for now


im checking out knee strengthening routines....

under my pants it look like i had elephantitsLOL. Got a great workout while waiting at the car dealer though EXCELLENT. thighs still hurtingCry I saw snippets of it yes i dont have time for filth but the thing is he's married and assuming all went well should have a son with the wife under 2 years oldShocked
