Working out 2x a week and swimming 2x a week is probably not doing me good when I am not increasing my calorie intake....
I am going to workout only once a week from now on and swim 2x a week. I already do plenty of cardio on a daily basis by walking/running with my dog, walking to store, etc. I am getting apetamin soon and once I am eating more, I will resume my regular workout activities.

ok so i am thinking i am going to do 2 a days the week of thanksgiving except for thursday. it's either 2 a days OR run 7+ miles a day. so tomorrow i will try to run 7 miles.  I usully run 5-6.

I just decided that this morning.... 2 days, hear I come.

i spend 8 hours in the library every day so i dont do more than 30 minutes of exercise now...mainly yoga

So how long does it take before you're fit enough to be jogging on the treadmill? Everytime I go to the gym, there's this dude that never ceases to amaze me, will jog like an automaton for an hour or more, full speed ahead, always in the zone. All I've ever been able to do is short interval bursts. I dislike jogging.

honestly i've been running for years  and if my head's not in it, i won't last long...i think interval training helps

but running at the same speed can be boring, so do what you like

this really gets me into shape to run for extended periods of time at faster paces

It is scarily easy to fall off. I had some travel and after seeing some definition I figured I'd be ok to take a lil break.
