I have pretty much hit a plateu, but its because I can't motivate myself to actually STICK with clean eating. My meal prep was so uninspired so I would either not eat what I brought or add in snacks
Thankfully no weight gain but I think I may need to up my workouts to 4 a week to compensate and lean out some more. I see more definition everywhere buy my stomach.
My legs look awesome though. I'm getting that wrapped look from my quads to my knee. I owe it all to squat jumps.
I'm also adding in yoga to help with balance and flexibility.
