i also like that isopure is an isolate. 

i dont think its juice based either.. but its one of the few next to Nectar that has a lot of fruity flavors.. (mango, apple, blue rasp, etc..) which i love cus i dont like the chocolates and creamy/milkshake/dessert type flavors. 
its more juicey/fruity tasting than most other proteins

the first time i had bread in 4 weeks was with this burger on friday

and i feel goot tbh! light less bloated,

ive been having high protein muesli with fage 0% . Id love to try some chaban but they dont sell it over here

maybe amazon has some

Nine days to half marathon and my long runs are broken Cry  I've been cross training and doing speed work between long runs but then when I go on my long runs I start way too fast.  So frustrating.  One more long run before the big day......

And then I don't know what I'll do!  I think I'll find 5ks-10 miler runs to participate in throughout the year.  Volleyball season is here but I can only sub due to my schedule....  Is it basketball season yet? 

Stay hungry people.  The holidays will be here before we know it and we want to be in the best shape going in!

I've been doing these types of workouts about 2-3x's a week 20-40 mins., along with my yoga practice and paying attention to my eating habits for a few months now..... I've experienced increased energy, better oxygen consumption, more muscle definition, endurance & agility, this stuff definitely works! Thumbs Up
