Last 3 months of the year are almost here!!! It'll be great to see what we all did in a year.  So far most have made such great progress. So inspirational!!

This is probably the only thread on BHM where people get stuff done lol

I agree! LOL

Did my 100 burpees with lower back & abs work yesterday. I can see my ab and arm muscles now! Big smile I also have more muscle stamina, overall increased alertness, and don't get tired as easily as I used to.

Feels good to see results from consistent hard work Embarrassed

I'd love a (mostly) clean eating thread. I'm getting into it a little more now and it's starting to get easier. High flavor is soooo critical for me.

You know you got a good workout in when you get a particular feeling in your stomach that's kind of a cross between deep hunger and "I think I might throw up."

Did legs and speed work.  Ran two miles fast for an average pace of 8:19.  Very happy with that time which results from some things I learned at the BGR conference which BTW was amazing!

So I did a intermediate 5k training over the summer inbattemptbto improve me 5k time but it wasn't too effective. So today I started couch to 5k again this morning.. But instead of walking and jogging intervals, I go my normal 5k pace on the walking part and go faster on the jogging part. I hope this works out on improving my speed. Its also nice because during the school year its hard to get up and run 7 miles before classes. Lol
