Decided I'd try being a part of this thread.  Did a 3-day cleanse last week and now my appetite is much smaller.  I've begun to run again, only a mile at a time, but I'm hoping to work my way up to three (I'll give myself until the end of October). The track gets boring after a mile so I'll need to do something about my workout playlist. I've  also gotten rid of my gym membership because I think it is a waste of money, but once it gets cold out I'll do T25.  Going to do NTC for now.

Thinking about starting the sugar detox next week.  But I am still researching recipes to make the transistion easier and I wouldn't be scrambling for quick meals and sabotage my efforts.

Today's my rest day...still sore from yesterdays workout: 20 mins. of cardio, 20 mins. of upper body weight training w/ 1 min. straight leg pushups, 10 mins. of abs work with a 10 min. yoga cool down......back "ON" again tomorrow....

As much as I curse through my workouts sometimes, I still love it! Big smileLOL
