Awww dang femme I was about to be alll over you!! Hahahaha

Ive started on a journey to clean eating. Im not 100% with it but I have noticed a huuuuge difference in my tummy.

Im so happy I ventured down here. Im still going through this whole thread. I need this good inspiration to stay on track!

Jolie if you pm me your email address I can send you the insanity and t25 videos. I started insanity last month and im loving it! You wont have to download them if you dont want to you can just watch them straight from your email (thats what I do)

That link doesn't work anymore. I disabled Norton and it's still not downloading. All it did was give me a new homepage and add some more junk I had to remove. Do not use.

Too busy to post much lately but still at it.  Weight lifting class and two miles for speed today.  My daughter is coming to workout with me talking about she's getting 'pudge'.  She is 5'7" 145 pounds.  I need to watch how I speak around her because I know she imitates her mama......

Anyhoo, five weeks until Atlanta.  Up to 6 miles in the heat 10 in the cool of the morning.  Seriously can't wait for this race!

One-hour of body pump (weight lifting) and 45 minutes of cardio (2 miles and then elliptical).  Good workout with my baby girl!

Back to the gym today for endurance work.  When I'm on the treadmill or elliptical, I go way harder than when I'm road running. I know this because of how much more I sweat.  My Nike+ gives me my speed on the road but it's hard without that panel in front of me to make myself speed up.  I'm sore as heck from lifting yesterday so I'm just going to do an hour of elliptical and 5 min of planks broken up into 1 min a piece.  I have lost 20 lbs since April and would really like to lose another 30 altogether.  

I was doing the intermittent fasting and six workouts a week but now that i'm back in school, my time is so much more limited.  I have maintained the weight loss but haven't really been working out a lot.  I'm preparing my food for the next three days (slow cooker beans and veggies, salads, tuna/chicken salad, etc.) and getting back at it.  Five more pounds to the half way point.  I can do this!
