on day 10 with insanity...lost 2 pounds

not trying to lose anymore weight so i really need to eat more...not sure how i can incorporate running now since im still losing

Been slacking big time barely exercising but still eating healthy for the most part. I have not gained or loss any weight I have maintained. I still want to loss 10 pounds. I am going to go hard in the paint this winter because it will be to cold to be outside unless necessary.

Hey femme! Workout done. I still stop often and my rhythm is not quite as fast as it should be but I'm getting better. It's only been a few days but I feel like my body looks better already (could be wishful thinking though LOL). I'll be your workout buddy.

jealoussssssss. somehow I've gained 3 pounds since i started Confused
my tummy had definitely gone down since starting. and i have been eating right soo I'm assuming its muscle! **i hope**

I'll be on vacation for the next week and a half. i brought my computer with me but i don't have much space to do my insanity. I'm on the recovery week so hopefully my results aren't hindered. everyday i have been going across the street to the track and running 2-3 miles or i will walk to the beach (its at least 2 miles away) walk down the board walk and then go home. I'm just trying to stay active and not feel like a lump on a logggggg

i prefer gaining muscle over losing a couple of pounds...i want to keep curves and muscles...going to eat more so i wont lose
