ugh forgot my gym shoes at home... i guess i can do squats or yoga for this week. I need have my bags pre-packed for real-- all this rushing in the morning is not it.

I stubbed my pinky toe today something serious and jacked it up forreal. I had planned to go for a run today but this limp is not it. I can put weight on it but not completely. Just on the back of it.

I'm trying to figure out other ways to workout today. Its kind of crazy how many exercises require that pinky, lol

So far I've come up with squats, plie squats and side lunges (all driving through the heel as they SHOULD be anyway), then I'm going to do abs and arm work.

Any other ideas?

I'm "heat training" so to speak for this 15K in Atlanta (BGR Sweat With Your Sole).  Today my hand swelled up so bad I couldn't make a fist.  It was about 4 miles in.  I felt like my fingers were going to pop.  I did have alcohol the night before and nothing but coffee before the run (I know, stupid) but it was only 75 degrees.  In Washington that feels really hot though.  Got bit by a damn dog too.  

Anyhoo, what do you all do before working out in the heat.

where do you guys get your workout routines from? I don't have a trainer anymore. Today was my last session and I'm not renewing

A lot of people love fitnessblender. I've done a few of their videos. I adore insanity (and t25). I torrented it. 30 day shred is on youtube. I like blogilates on youtube (her website has a monthly routine). Also I can suggest good websites of you are interested in 5k or 10k training. ETA: or starting Strength if you are into weight lifting.
