Some pre workout and pos workout recipes to help you grow muscles:

Pre-workout snack ( chose one snack meal from this pre-workout list ):

1, BCAA/EAA 6-10 gram + Maltodextrin 35 gram ( 20 min pre workout )

2, Whey protein 37 gram + 1 banana ( 20-30 min pre-workout )

3, 300 ml milk + a sandwich with ham/turkey (30-60 min pre workout )

4, Omelet(4 whole eggs),vegetables,Sandwich with turkey/ham,a fruit ( 60-90 min pre-workout )

5, Cottage cheese 200 ml,1 banana,1 apple(cut banana and apples into pieces and mix with cottage cheese) (60-90 min pre-workout )

Post workout snack ( chose one snack meal from this post-workout list ) : ( eat within 15 min post workout)

1, BCAA/EAA 6-10 gram + 35 gram maltodextrin

2, Whey protein 37 gram + 35 maltodextrin

3, 500 ml milk + 1 banana (or mix them into a shake )

4, 200 gram egg whites(cooked) on 2 slices white bread

5, White fast rice(cooked) with chicken fillets/or ham/Turkey/Tuna(100 gram)

pure whey

you dont need an isolate or one with additives etc

so any pure whey (of your flavour of choice) is good

i wanna join this thread but i have a cold right now so nothing but crappy food soothes me lol. im still going to hit the gym tonight and do 30-40 mins of cardio.
