I  think it helps a lot i use Moves an app that tracks your movement and I have to say that I always try to challenge myself to walk more because of it !

umm this sucked...but it's doable

the worst part was the push up burn out, jesus

do donkey kicks really help shape/tone your butt or? 

i did them long time ago with ankle weights but idk guess not long enough
