I have a short torso, so my waist is thick so i know ill never go below a 26 without looking sick

just add more protein and fast digesting sugars post work out

no more than 20g though

i have a lucozade = gatorade

wtf yo?! Why is it when i dont try at all and just pop my CLA pills i drop like 7 lbs mad fast. But when im incorporating exercise and eating good plus the pills i dont budge at all??? Ive been exercising and eating really well for the past three weeks with my cla and im havent lost not one pound. But last year all i did was take the pills and i went from 144 to 135 in about 2 weeks. i went from. sh*t is infuriating.

Ah for real afro? I had always just went easy, walked or skipped. I will have a protein shake right after workout. Thanks
