im hoping these long work shifts aren't hurting my progress...i make a point to take a day off but my sleep schedule is all over the place

I made an appointment to get my body composition and what not so I can get this calorie thing down to a t.

I also have a killer headache right now.

that's how I feel. I walk at least a mile there and back for exercise, more if I walk the whole way

ive been sleeping inconsistently since birth. worked last night and my supervisor asked if I can go in at 5pm today... still awake

Worked out hard with my trainer last night..Thursday today I'm hitting the gym right after work..1st day of spring so over winter
