damn girl! how long did it take you to do it? i can barely do 5 miles in 20 minutes.

a little under 30 mins...maybe 29 mins? I was late to class too so I probably could have biked more.  At least I think the calculator is in miles--it better be--I'd be pissed if it was in kilometers in AmericaLOL  But the instructor is always telling us how far we should bike--usually he's like 15-16 miles.  He didn't teach today--it was a sub.

but this has been my best class yet after 6 weeks.  it kinda encouraged me that even if the scale isn't moving [which it is] that i am getting healthier.  last week i struggled to get to 10 miles.

Afro--back to this supplement. I sleep just fine--will this make me sleep even more?

not necessarily

if you sleep well already its unlikely to change that but the reduced cortisol levels will help with fat loss

you will see that fat loss without a doubt

day 5 of 30ds complete. I should be on about day 8 or 9 right now but I slacked a few days. Anyway, gym in about an hour. Going to do mostly strength training and weight lifting w/ maybe 10-15 minutes of cardio.

they have reduced effect.. I think the fat loss effect was the accidental finding.

I read about this ages ago.. I'll have give it another look tbh.

As for personal use, I'll let you once my bottle comes and I've used it
