Sang I suppose you could bring your own cushy seat to spin class. But. That's if you thought it was worth the extra work.

it will hurt.  it hurt me for a good 6 weeks. I would go once a week and my ass just stopped hurting.

Walked 2.2 miles today. Previous days this week I have walked more but my legs are still recovering from that. I'll try to keep it up every day.

a little under 30 mins...maybe 29 mins? I was late to class too so I probably could have biked more.  At least I think the calculator is in miles--it better be--I'd be pissed if it was in kilometers in AmericaLOL  But the instructor is always telling us how far we should bike--usually he's like 15-16 miles.  He didn't teach today--it was a sub.

but this has been my best class yet after 6 weeks.  it kinda encouraged me that even if the scale isn't moving [which it is] that i am getting healthier.  last week i struggled to get to 10 miles.

Afro--back to this supplement. I sleep just fine--will this make me sleep even more?
