I still have left over ambien, it was a gamble-maybe id sleep through the night, maybe not. i woke up refreshed the first night, the effectiveness wore off. hmmmm I mean they're not light but when you're flat footed you need a stabilizing shoe to absorb the shock--those tend to be on the heavier side I think.

I'm here. Haven't slept well in 4 nights. I've still managed to work out despite that fact. I hope I sleep better tonight. Today was weight day for legs. Legs are shaky as usual. Hardly had an appetite today. Had to force myself to eat. Smh......

Its like the better version of planet fitness. Only thing is you ay for training but they have trainers that walk around and help
