girl, youre lucky....i have more of an athletic shape and tend to get boxy in the middle at my trimmest/fittest. If i can shave 6 more inches off my waist, i'll be cool with it :)

Thanks for posting thus. Its def. Piqued my interests, bc I tend to hold fat in my abdomen while everything else is pretty lean. Im gonna research this and see what reviews are saying.

So far so good for breakfast I had plain oatmeal with cinnamon and stevia. I used soy milk instead of regular milk. With a banana.

I just ate some baby romaine with spinach and tuna. My snack was plain greek yogurt. I added vanilla and 1/4th a tablespoon of stevia.
I really want a peanut butter sandwich .......
