i used it in college successfully

i put in 2 pounds a week as my goal

i use sparkpeople.com...i've had it for so long a lot of the things i eat regularly are saved in groups 

i hate having to look up every single thing

The calorie counting thing I was doing remembered things you ate and made it easier to keep up with. It was on the living strong site I believe.

It also subtracted workout calories if you input them. 

I should go back to doing that....

Epitome lol... what sneakers do you wear to workout?

Femme, searching for foods is annoying but I like it.

I have about 800 cals to spare for the 1st night. im gonna bump it up to 2lbs a wk

tonight Hula Hips and Buns. My daughter giggled while I did it.CryLOLcalories burned and that's what counts.
