My running shoes r done. They make the area under my knees and Achilles hurt.

I mostly run on a treadmill. I do uphill 2 days a week then about 2-3 miles on any random 2 days out the week. What kind of running shoes do y'all recommend in 2014?

i like asics, saucony, and new balance

hate nike...i have wide feet and they never seem comfortable

Wow SDY that is great progress. Looking good. Been walking on the trail in my apts. Tonight going to get in a workout and some resistance training.
