I decided I do not like Salmon I can not get used to the taste I have tried it several times. But I do love tilapia I will just replace the salmon with more chicken breast and tilapia.

I wanted to corset, but I was afraid of the internal damages due to making the organs move so the waist can shrink. I would be concerned about getting pregnant in the future and having some kind of problem.
My waist was 27" last year, and it went down to 24" due to weight loss, which was not fun.
The woman on the callanetics video got a nice waist/hip ratio, so I am going to follow what she does.

I just need to tone up, I went through a non exercise phase but I still ate healthy so I didnt turn into Jabba the hut but I can def tell the difference in toning
