for anyone who likes or is considering running/jogging, there is a cool app called RunKeeper that tells you how many miles you ran, the time, your pace, and you can even take a pic at the end. You can pause when you need to catch a break and then resume the running. Oh, and you can post your stuff on facebook too, if you're into thatLOL

i ranged between 25 and 26; was aiming for 23-24. 
no; just diet and exercise.

my waist used to be 22"!!!! but that was back when i was also much skinnier.
now my waist is 25". i am going to do some callanetics exercise to see if it helps.

naw i don't corset; i don't have the time or patience to do it; plus i don't like the way it looks. kudos to those who do it but its not for me.
