my leg workout consists of weighted squats (wide leg)
weighted butt bridges
deadlifts
leg press
wall squats
pulse squats
jump squats
and stepups
and side squats
weighted kickbacks
I just mix up these exercises

Jillian is good I haven't done the Shred in a while I've been doing outdoor workouts, but I may have to pull out that DVD to mix it up

Yeah, Ive been doing DVD's during the weekdays if I dont go to the gym & working out outside on the weekends. Once time changes though i'll be working out more outdoors. I prefer that better than being in the gym on machines/treadmills. I hate that it get dark too early when I get off.Dead

For workout today..
I brought out the old BILLY BLANKS TAEBO DVD, lol. LOL
I used weights on my arms & legs to make it more challenging.
Its about 45 - 60 mins long.

I love workout dvd's I have about 30 or more of them. Cry I have all of Jillians except for 3, I should get her Yoga Inferno. I tried the kettlebell workout for free with my Amazon Prime membership and didn;t care for it really.

Lost 4 pounds so far this month
Trying to lose 50
I do a variety of workouts: bootcamp on Saturdays, then cycling, some jogging, elliptical, etc. No weight yet but might do weights tomorrow since I have shin splints.
