It's low carb...about 9(flour)+ 2.8(if you use fat free cream cheese)+ 3.5 (sour cream)= 15g of carbs for the WHOLE thing... Don't eat the whole thing tho. INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup almond flour + ¼ cup truvia + 2
tblspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons
butter
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cups Truvia
1/2 cup milk (I replace with water…comes out
fine)
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C). Grease a 9 inch pan. Press the almond flour mixture in the bottom of the pan...bake for 10 min.
2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour with
melted butter. Press onto bottom of pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar
until smooth. Blend in milk(water), and then mix in the eggs one at a time,
mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour filling into prepared crust.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 3o minutes to 1
hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5
to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

How long before I start seeing noticeable results in my buttox program?
Also I see those squat challenges but I thought you were supposed to give your body parts breaks so the muscle can recover, am I supposed to be doing those everyday? |
I wouldn't do squats everday but I use weights you should see a difference in 3-6 months if you stay consistent
