I fcking give up. I'm on the 2nd month on insanity, eating right, and I haven't lost one pound. I may be losing inches, but it's not translating to the scale at all. WTF? I don't know what else to do.

is this the video you watched aries?

I have similar quads...they're kinda stubborn and I need to really work on them to get definition (with hamstrings it's much easier and I have some natural definition) but my glutes are really easy to build up

...I hate the round booty/skinny thighs look (jenn selter has it going on too)

and she looks smaller in video
versus her pictures

Typical day:
breakfast: 2 boiled or scrambled eggs, maybe a bowl of cereal with almond milk. If i don't eat cereal I make a smoothie with spinach, almond milk, some frozen fruit or have some oatmeal. I don't always eat the eggs though

snack: a piece of fruit, protein bar (quest), roasted seaweed, baby carrots with hummus or a healthy snack

lunch: chicken, fish, shrimp, etc with some kind of vegetable

snack: same as above

dinner: similar to lunch

i eat sweet potatoes from time to time. I'm not eating yogurt, ice cream, cheese, etc because dairy makes me break out.

are you seeing any differences like more muscle?
I know muscle adds weight
I don't go by weight anymore
I try to go by inches
I took the batteries out of my scale and said fcuk it 
how many times a week do you work out?
