Are you using a calorie counter?
breakfast: 2 boiled or scrambled eggs, maybe a bowl of cereal with almond milk. If i don't eat cereal I make a smoothie with spinach, almond milk, some frozen fruit or have some oatmeal. I don't always eat the eggs though
snack: a piece of fruit, protein bar (quest), roasted seaweed, baby carrots with hummus or a healthy snack
lunch: chicken, fish, shrimp, etc with some kind of vegetable
snack: same as above
dinner: similar to lunch
i eat sweet potatoes from time to time. I'm not eating yogurt, ice cream, cheese, etc because dairy makes me break out.
