GG good luck hun. I am going to do the same. This time around it is much harder than before. Age is the devil Cry. I am going to take the advice to plan out my meals and not shop while hungry. Making my list now and looking for recipes.

I've gained 8 lbs in 2014...

I did some squats, lunges, and jumping jacks this morning...

My portions are entirely too big and I snack too much. I think I'm gonna start eating my meals on a saucer...

I had my period 2 weeks ago.....Spent last week losing the 4lbs. I gained at the end....Now I'm back where I started
