Gained only .75 so far, but am losing waist as well so won't complain. I can barely notice any change tho but def more toned  I do notice my muffin top love handles are spillin over less. lolll  Can u tell any difference?

Thanks yall. I need the encouragement cuz i swear i been falling off my clean eating this week. smdh.

@Twisted
I do lower body workout 2-3 times a week
cardio 2-3 times per week (more like just 2...ok 1.. but I hve dance rehearsal twice a wk so i mke sur i go hard)
cleaner eating, lots of water, taking 1500 mg of Raw Navitas Maca..
just added 1200 mg of vitex Chasteberry per day (will continue for 2 mos. to balance hormones, then will be starting PM)

I don't see any love handles at all...u do look like u have a dancers body...your booty is bubbly...u will be ready for the summer!!!
