you explained that perfectly...my thighs are slim and when i was gaining booty i saw some cellulite and i was like what the hell is going on...after that i started sp it gave me a lil more..its not really noticable unless I'm sitting a certain way ex::legs crossed...I've never seen somebody with thick thighs and no cellulite...those pics them chicks be posing..but when they walk you can see it.

I didn't have cellulite until like a year ago :( I'm thinking it's because my booty is heavier and has a little more bottom cheek meat/hang time so the pressure is bunching my cellulite? lol.  When I pick my booty up they smooth out. DAMN IT. And it's not gonna get any higher, it's already too high. I need some top meat is what I need... I'm looking into the stairmaster and this other machine that looks like it might do something. I just hope because it's a cardio machine it won't shrink it, even on the highest level. I'm gonna do some research to see if there's anything else I can be doing with these ankle weights to put some more meat up top too.

Have you tried squat? Recently I was told my butt looks perkier( but I don't see it. I may doing squats when I remember to.

Squats is what gave me bottom meat. I don't feel anything from squats in the top register area. And I tried those lifts where u lift thebar off the ground from bending over and stand up straight but my muscles are too strong and back bone too weak lol. I can just keep going heavier and heavier and feeling no muscle burn in my butt, just midspine stress. I've tried seven different kinds. I think chair step ups might though. Ill have to try it out to see.

I love your shape Bennu01!    I'd kill for a waist like that LOL    . I'm 5'4 185 and my waist it MUCH MUCH bigger. My boobs and hips are in line but my waist is more the size of someone probably 100 lbs heavier. **goes to re-evaluate work out plan**

I try to stay with those stomach vacuums because they're easy and like kegels no one can tell you're doing them LOL
I do them while I'm driving to work or watching TV.
I'd take more pics but Im still disgusted of my body Unhappy
every time I do vacuums I forget Im doing them after like 15seconds and stop LOL
I've been doing 100 crunches a day  x3 a week but I dont feel them working 

I hate crunches and sit ups with a passion lol, it always felt like I could do them all day long and never see any results!

I got the best definition from using weight machines at the gym.
(Which I haven't been doing in a year + smh haha)

But that's always been my personal preference.

I actually dont mind doing core workouts, I just have a trouble finding a routine that works for me. everything I try seems to counteract my weight gain. it's like I cant achieve a toned/flat tummy while gaining weight. and yea I dont have time for the gym lol. too much school Cry

I've finally worked up the courage to post here. Embarrassed
I'm still very bloated (I'm not sure why I don't look it at all in the pictures...)

I'm getting frustrated with my slow computer, so I'm just posting butt progress pics for now.
I started around a 36" butt, no hips at all (I didn't measure, I'm just guessing my measurement based on my pant size).
I just measured the other day, and I'm finally about 40.25"! That .25" has been the hardest thing to gain. Hopefully with enough hard work I'll be at 41" by summer! Also, I don't know if you can tell from the angle in the pictures, but my thighs are maybe an inch larger as well (they finally touch!)
I feel stupid for taking the middle picture on the other side. All the other ones I tried to keep my tattoo in the picture as proof that it's me. Dead

My butt's gotten higher since strengthening my lower back muscles. I finally have a curve in my back (and it's no longer the scoliosis, hunched-over curve)! Just comparing my back in the second and latest picture is amazing. Also, I didn't realize I was sooooo bloated in the first picture! Fml!

ur body is looking gud girl....booty is def. rising and poking out more. Good job on waist maintenance too!! It is tricky, but im finally gettin the hang of wut to do to keep waist small (which is more important to me than the booty) AND grow my butt!!!
