Yay for the ladies in here. I'm too too too chicken to post a pic. I hate my shape now...but I am working on it. Just started back on Slim 1 and my waist belt/slimmer came today. Fingers crossed that it fits!  Ah Yay. It does fit.  It makes me sit up straight and supports the girls

I try to stay with those stomach vacuums because they're easy and like kegels no one can tell you're doing them  I do them while I'm driving to work or watching TV. |
I'd take more pics but Im still disgusted of my body  every time I do vacuums I forget Im doing them after like 15seconds and stop  I've been doing 100 crunches a day x3 a week but I dont feel them working |
I hate crunches and sit ups with a passion lol, it always felt like I could do them all day long and never see any results!
I got the best definition from using weight machines at the gym. (Which I haven't been doing in a year + smh haha)
But that's always been my personal preference.

That's how I'm starting to feel about my body. Yeah, I hit 41" before when I became estrogen dominant and my cellulite became uncontrollable. But it wasn't worth it at all (I also had a LOT of stomach bloat because apparently my hypothyroidism prevents me from gaining weight, and instead just bloats me). I need to stop competing with everyone out here on the internet and just be happy with what I've already achieved. 42" is my goal as well, but if I can get to 41" without the cellulite, I'll be happy beyond words. I've only been in the gym a few months now, and I'm putting on muscle slowly because of my hypothyroidism, so I'm still pretty confident that I'll be able to gain at least one more inch. I'm going to cleanse the next two days, so hopefully I'll look thin enough to feel ok with taking pictures finally. ^^;

I'm finding putting weight on my booty is somehow making my thigh cellulite seem more apparent. I workout 5 to 6 days a week and eat well and do lots of cardio. I have no idea why this is happening. So I'm upping my cardio, protein, and other leg and hipcrap. I'm also gonna start dry brushing. Sigh.

mamalicious u 5'1...that is soo cute lol i wish i was shorter i would look thicker...its weird for the longest i was 5'3...middle school...highschool...college. when i went to the military i found out i was 5'5 i was like wtf..u can have a growth spurt after 21 ?...weird.

Sigh. | you explained that perfectly...my thighs are slim and when i was gaining booty i saw some cellulite and i was like what the hell is going on...after that i started sp it gave me a lil more..its not really noticable unless I'm sitting a certain way ex::legs crossed...I've never seen somebody with thick thighs and no cellulite...those pics them chicks be posing..but when they walk you can see it.
