gained 13-18lbs (118lbs now) and I still feel like a stick. heck at
least Im not at 100lbs like I was last year lol
I wish I could do fish oil, but I live with the folks and the smell pisses them off 
gotta stick with the squats i guess
HOPEFULLY I'll look like you when I'm 135lbs. do you do any core workouts?

I try to stay with those stomach vacuums because they're easy and like kegels no one can tell you're doing them  I do them while I'm driving to work or watching TV.

I'd take more pics but Im still disgusted of my body  every time I do vacuums I forget Im doing them after like 15seconds and stop I've been doing 100 crunches a day x3 a week but I dont feel them working

@ twisted, no longer shooting for 45 inches but i got damn close lol  i realized its totally attainable for my body but like everyone else i have to gain weight. In the top pic i was like 175 lbs soooooo im guessing to reach 45 inches i would probably need to be closer to 190...... not healthy lol. But it looks much better than when i was at a higher weight before, its really b/c of all these herbs balancing my hormones and putting the fat in the right places. Anyways im 155 now and everything is staying in proportion so i just feel like heck might as well see what its like to be thin  this is pretty much what im going for, just lower body fat % and a flat tummy you could bounce a coin off of  ^^^^seeeeeeee....... i think the moral of this story is white women just dont always carry fat that well (even if they have bootys, we still get mad lovehandles and other unsightly bulges)  we need to be tight n toned or else it looks dumpy! |

wow tummy crush on that last chick...i wonder where love handles come from...i do notice them more on white women..idk if i ever seen a black woman with them...i would take some love handles if i could get some wider hips...at least u can work off that...u can't grow hips:(

I was aimin for 45inches but idk anymore...i think i would have to be 170...30 more pounds...that's to close to fat. ill just settle with 150 and see how many inches i can get with that.

Yeah IA i've never gone past 40.5 so if I can get to 41 or even 42" that would be my ultimate goal I'm not greedy. I don't think I would ever want to weight more than 145lbs though being 5'2 that would make me look a bit obese I think. So I'm aiming for 145lbs and 42" butt cause that would be my biggest ever. If I don't make it i'm cool though cause this is the biggest i've ever been now anyway anymore is just icing on the cake
