haha we should make e new thread how to lose weight and keep your booty :p my booty actually got more plump because of my weight loss . I guess bikram yoga helped with that because usually i just do cardio and that kind of burns of the ass Cry

I was so conflicted lol, I wanted to keep losing weight and was so excited that I was but I was so worried that I'd lose booty/boob because of it.
Measured myself literally every day to make sure LOL

I just haven't been eating much due to my busy schedule/stress.
Tried to keep the booty by doing isolations and twerking still!

i completly understand you !! i tried to eat protein after my workouts (fish and stuff not those gross shakes) that kind of worked for me but i wonder what else you can do to keep the curves but lose the rest Embarrassed
